From lab created diamond tennis bracelets, studs, rings, necklaces, and affordable gemstone jewelry, you can shine just as bright as the best of them.
So without further ado, here are the nominees for our first category.
Best Diamond Design
A first-timer on the Oscars red carpet, we’ll confidently go ahead and say she crushed it. Dripping in diamonds, the West Side Story star stunned in a red jumpsuit. Our favorite piece of her jewelry ensemble? Her diamond bracelet by De Beers, of course!
Mila Kunis had all eyes on her with a breathtaking one-shoulder pink silk gown and some staple diamond accessories to let us all know she was there to slay. While her Messika Desert Bloom ring was impossible to miss, we’re obsessed with her glamorous diamond drop earrings.
Want to jump on the drop earrings trend? Try on a pair of nature-inspired drop earrings and feel glamorous any way you turn.
Zendaya rocked flawlessly stacked arms with Serpenti Viper bracelets by Bulgari. Her two-piece outfit was completely chic and put together, with the viper bracelets adding that edge we love to see in all her red carpet looks.
Get the look with your very own cuffed bracelet, and slip on this staple accessory for everyday wear or a fun night out.
All we see is old Hollywood glam done right when we look at The Batman actor in her Saint Laurent strapless pink gown. She kept her accessories to a minimum with diamond studs and an oval-shaped necklace from Kwiat.
2022 is the year for oval cut diamond jewelry. A diamond tennis necklace is a great investment and will never go out of fashion.
We instantly fell in love with the magical symbolism behind the De Beers jewelry the actor wore, with each fancy colored diamond piece made to represent a stunning South African landscape.
Bring out your own natural elegance with a pair of fancy colored diamond earrings.
Best Animated Gemstone
We’re adding a little color to our luster for this next category. Warmer weather is soon approaching and what better way to get into that summer vibe than with some gemstone jewelry.
Let’s take a look at who’s jumping on the gemstone trend this year.
Not only did she win the best actress for her role in The Eye of Tammy Faye, but we think she may have won the red carpet overall. Chastain wore a multi-colored Gucci dress and an array of jewelry, including dangling earrings, rings, and a bracelet.
You can get the same lilac look with a stunning Amethyst birthstone ring without the heavy price tag.
A true lady in red in an elegant Brandon Maxwell dress, Garner kept her color scheme consistent with a pair of drop earrings and a vibrant red bracelet.
Looking for the same effortless glam? Try on a garnet birthstone bracelet and get that instant confidence with any look.
Haddish was nothing but a green goddess from head to toe on the red carpet. Her perfect ensemble was brought together with a La Gioia Green Tourmaline necklace by Pomellato.
Add to your already natural beauty with a striking double halo emerald necklace.
The King Richard star accessorized her orange Versace gown with delicate Irene Neuwirth earrings along with several rings and a bracelet. Orange isn’t for everyone but if you know you can pull off this daring color, we’ve got the perfect ring for you.
Slip on a citrine birthstone ring, a gem known as the Stone of the Sun for its golden glow.
Best Original Gent
A shirtless Timothée Chalamet quite literally sparkled his way down the red carpet in what can only be described as rock-star glam in Louis Vuitton. The actor wore several stacked rings on both hands along with a layered necklace set from Cartier.
Grab a piece of youth and get yourself your very own men’s diamond ring. After all, we all deserve to shine!
The only word that comes to mind when looking at Javier Bardem’s Oscars look– debonair. The Best Actor nominee wore a textured black suit by Zegna, showing us all that adding a pattern here and there can really elevate your style.
In love with the all-black rugged look? We’ve got just the fashion ring for you– and it’s made from a highly durable alternative metal.
Are those our spidey-senses tingling or are we just about to pass out from all the swooning we’ve done over Andrew Garfield’s two-toned Saint Laurent suit? We love a pop of color and know that different tones are the perfect way to accentuate your personal style.
Two-toned rings are becoming increasingly popular as wedding and fashion rings for men, so why not give the trend a go?
Simu Liu really brought his A-game to his first-ever Oscars. The Marvel actor wore the most daring menswear look of the night, in a red Versace suit with gold buttons and a black bow tie. He showed us all how a little gold can go a long way.
If you’re looking for your ideal gold accessory with timeless appeal, try one of our comfort fit styles with a satin finish.
And The Winners Are
Honestly, we can’t pick favorites when we adore all these looks equally. We’ll leave that decision up to you. So, here’s hoping you’ve found the lookalike piece you’ll love forever.

The Golden Girls were ahead of their time in every way! From the subject matter to the guest stars to the fashion, Rose, Blanche, Dorothy, & Sophia were the hippest grandmas on the block!
There are so many reasons why the Golden Girls was both a critical and commercial success. The surprisingly progressive show, which earned 11 Emmys (out of almost 70 nominations), resonated with viewers because it always felt real and relatable.
Whether it was Sophia’s stories that reminded you of your grandmother, Dorothy’s exasperation at always being the responsible one, Blanche’s outlandish outfits and sexual escapades, or Rose’s Midwestern innocence; the Golden Girls were the grandmother, mother, sister, and friend everyone wanted.
Thank You For Being A Friend
The Golden Girls laughed together, cried together, annoyed each other, and most importantly, ate pound after pound of cheesecake. Everyone remembers the ladies gathered around that infamous table in the kitchen, eating late into the night, helping each other through their problems and learning lessons, with the help of each other and, of course, a nice rich cheesecake.
No matter how big the fights, no matter how serious the problem, there was always a cheesecake, and a story, there to guide the women to the right solution. What started as roommates, became deep friendships, and were ultimately, a family.
Jewelry as timeless as Sophia’s stories, as individual as the characters, and that shines as bright as the actors:
“Let me tell you a story. Picture it, Sicily…” — Sophia
“We have Maalox and estrogen. How many junkies have gas and hot flashes?” — Dorothy
“It’s like we say in St. Olaf: hergenbargenflergenflurfennerfen.” — Rose
“Crying is for plain women. Pretty women go shopping.” — Blanche
The show won 11 Emmys in its lifetime, in no small part to its progressive subject matter. The show tackled everything from ageism, medical gaslighting, addiction, LGBTQIA issues, and much much more! The show was not afraid to go there, which is why it still resonates with us today.
The actors and the show, rightly earned each Emmy and nomination. Almost 30 years since it went off the air, the Golden Girls continue to make us laugh, make us cry, and show us that no matter what life throws at you, you can get up and thrive.
Sophia showed us coming back stronger and more sarcastic than ever after her stroke, Dorothy finally found happiness after suffering a cheating husband for years, Blanche learned that she is more than just her sexiness, and Rose learned that she is not just a naive Midwestern mouse.
Shine as bright as Rue, Bea, Betty, and Estelle…and their Emmys, with these fabulous gold necklaces:
“My mother used to say: the older you get, the better you get. Unless you’re a banana.” — Rose
“People waste their time pondering whether a glass is half empty or half full. Me, I just drink whatever’s in the glass.” — Sophia
“Nobody ever believes me when I’m telling the truth. I guess it’s the curse of being a devastatingly beautiful woman” — Blanche
“[To Sophia] You’re a furry little gnome and we feed you too much.” — Dorothy
Who WERE The Golden Girls?
Each of the women was famous in their own right before coming to the groundbreaking program. Betty White, better known as the “First Lady of Television,” had her own show on NBC, appeared on numerous game shows, starred in the Mary Tyler Moore Show, and appeared in numerous movies and TV shows. An avid animal lover, White was married to longtime love Allen Ludden, for almost 20 years before his untimely death.
Bea Arthur won a Tony for her role in the Broadway musical Mame, had her own TV series: Maude, and made multiple appearances in TV shows, movies, roasts, and plays. Arthur embraced her role as an LGBTQIA icon and was long considered an LGBTQIA rights activist.
Rue McClanahan worked with Arthur on Maude; she also appeared on Mama’s Family, alongside White. Prior to her roles on television, McClanahan was a stage actress. McClanahan was also socially conscious and was an activist promoting animal rights and vegetarianism.
Estelle Getty was a stage actress for many years, gaining experience in the Yiddish theater and attempting standup in what was then-known as the borscht belt, before finally achieving success at age 62. Showing younger actors that success is always possible, and to never give up, Getty was a fighter both on and off the stage, working as an activist for LGBTQIA issues, AIDS causes, and senior issues.
In the picture above, each actor and character’s individual personality shine through.
“If this sauce was a person, I’d get naked and make love to it.” — Sophia
Dorothy’s emerald ring is strong and classic, just like her:
“It’s not easy being a mother. If it were easy, fathers would do it.” — Dorothy
Blanche’s Fuschia top with green jacket shows that having a sense of style is ageless:
“Isn’t it amazing how I can feel so bad, and still look so good?” — Blanche
Rose’s gold hoop earrings show that her Midwest innocence never got in the way of having Miami style:
“I hate to admit it, but he melts my Haagen-Dazs.” — Rose
Timeless Life Lessons from the Golden Girls
The Golden Girls were a group of women whose circumstances led them to be roommates, unlikely friends, and closer than family. They showed us there is nothing that a good cheesecake can’t fix.
The many lessons of the show continue through today; whether it’s Blanche’s confidence, Sophia’s honesty, Rose’s kindness, or Dorothy’s selflessness, the show, like the actors themselves, was ahead of its time. And of course, the women taught us that as you age, you only shine brighter.

Burst into 2021 and leave the past year behind you. All you have to do – slip on some of the new year’s trending styles to get you in the mood to totally own the next 12 months.
After the rollercoaster ride that was 2020, jewelry shopper preferences have turned to the classics: pieces that hold a timeless charm. The fine jewelry trends of 2021 are pieces that put diamonds front-and-center and are particularly popular. Why? They’re universally stylish. They won’t ever trend-out. And they make gifts that never fail to delight!
We can say with confidence that 2021 will be the year of the lab grown diamond. 30% more affordable than earth created diamonds, lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to traditionally mined diamonds. The only difference is that they’ve created, as you may have guessed, in a laboratory! Yes, and they are 100% pure diamonds.
How it’s done: scientists create these cutting-edge diamonds by first placing a tiny carbon “seed” in a specialized diamond-growing chamber. These chambers simulate the intense pressure and high heat conditions that facilitate diamond growth deep underground. As the heat and pressure work their magic, carbon vapor is gradually applied, microscopic layer by layer, onto the slowly growing diamond seed. After a few months, the lab-grown diamond is ready to be cut and polished! Thus the diamond creation process, which normally occurs on a geologic time scale, is sped up to take only a few months.
Growing a diamond in a lab uses minimal time and resources compared to mining an earth-created diamond, which is why it costs so much less to produce. Those savings are passed on to you, allowing you to nab an honest-to-goodness diamond for 30% less than you thought you could.
And now the best news of all: James Allen’s diamond studs and diamond pendants can all be set with lab-grown diamonds! Stick to your budget and still score the carat size of your dreams.
1. Diamond Rings
This just in: rings featuring small, glittering diamonds are trending in 2021. Diamond rings don’t always have to come in the form of wedding or engagement rings. Diamonds’ sparkle makes them perfectly wearable additions to a normal weekday outfit. Plus, they can be worn however you’d like: the diamond rings below are subtle enough to add to a ring stack, yet strong enough to be worn alone for a more minimalist look. They also make the perfect gift if you’re looking for something special, but not too extravagant.
Peeking Diamond Ring
The small, off-set center diamond emanates an uncommon cheekiness! Its 14K yellow gold solitaire band makes this ring perfect for mixing and matching in a ring stack.
One of the biggest fine jewelry trends of 2021 is necklaces that showcase an eye-catching center stone. And what better than a pendant necklace to show off a singular diamond? You can even suit it to your style with a custom setting. Dainty and simple, diamond pendants look stunning around absolutely any neck. This means that they’re a gift that always succeeds. Plus, these diamond necklaces:
Suit most necklines – wear them with anything!
Are lightweight and easy to wear throughout the day
Make for excellent layering pieces
Emerald-Cut Diamond Necklace
Emerald-cut diamonds are a classic shape that gives off an undeniable air of royalty. We’re thinking of Grace Kelly, actress-turned-Princess of Monaco, and her astonishing emerald-cut diamond engagement ring, or Princess Diana and her penchant for emerald-cut gemstones. Go royal with this understated diamond necklace.
Maybe one diamond isn’t enough. Maybe what you really dream of is a wrist full of diamonds – dozens of them! Tennis bracelets can span the bling spectrum. While they’re definitely packed with enough shine to stand alone, they’re also wearable enough to add to your daily jewelry stack – layer various styles of diamond bracelets to suit your glitter level to the occasion. Mix-and-match various styles and metals of tennis bracelets for an extremely on-trend 2021 jewelry wardrobe. Want celeb style inspo? A tennis bracelet is a constant presence on the red carpet! Stars like Meghan Markle, Jennifer Lopez, and Nicole Kidman often make it a point to accessorize their gowns with a graceful line of diamonds on their wrists.
Rose Gold Bezel-Set Diamond Tennis Bracelet
Go for a modern look with rose gold! The bezel settings on this tennis bracelet will keep all 64 diamonds snug, secure, and smooth. Wear this bracelet during any activity you want – it won’t snag on fabric or get in the way of your active lifestyle!
Diamond stud earrings had a meteoric rise this past year. Even as the world hunkered down to weather the COVID pandemic, diamond earrings saw a steady increase in popularity. Why? Well, we have a few theories:
They’re utterly wearable. They’re so lightweight that you can put them on, forget about them, and look fabulous the entire day without even trying. Even on Zoom.
They suit any budget. The larger your budget, the more you can scale up your carat size. But even if your budget is relatively small, diamond studs afford you the most sparkle per dollar of any jewelry style.
They’re excellent self-gifts. Got an important milestone you want to mark? Maybe a graduation, a big promotion at work, or a personal achievement you’re proud of? Celebrate yourself with diamond earrings.
Their sparkle is easy to flaunt! If you want your diamonds to stand out, then earrings make sure they’ll always be at everyone’s eye level!
Scalloped Basket Diamond Earrings
A rounded scalloped basket holds your diamonds of choice snugly against your lobes. This 6-armed mounting allows light to enter the diamond both from the sides and the front.
Why go round? Choose any cut of diamond, including princess cut. This large square cut takes up more surface area on your lobe than a round diamond of the same carat weight. Meaning, that’s more wow for your budget.
This year, it’s the return of the red carpet. We quickly got to work and rounded up our favorite looks (and sparkle!) of the evening.
The glamorous 2021 Oscars red carpet was a welcome relief to almost-normalcy after a long, long year devoid of celebration. The pure talent of the celebs present would knock us over, if their elegant outfits hadn’t already.

Margot Robbie chose to embody two of our favorite adjectives: smooth and effortless. A few stacking rings in white metal accented her sparkling Chanel sheath dress and brand-new bangs. Though she wore multiple jewelry pieces, the fact that she kept all of them in a unified metal maintained her outfit’s simplicity.

We loved him in “Get Out”, we were captivated by his role in “Judas and the Black Messiah”, and we’re crazy for his most recent red carpet get-up. Cartier diamonds, paired with Bottega Venetta; no one could pull it off better.
And you know what would complement his super-sharp outfit? One of our more popular men’s pieces: a black titanium carved ring. If you’re looking for men’s wedding bands and want to channel your inner Academy Award-winner, this design is for you.
Satin-Finished Center-Cut Carved Wedding Ring

It’s the understatement of 2021 to say that Sacha Baron Cohen is off-center. His newest Borat film crosses all personal boundaries, but does so with such aplomb that you can’t help but applaud. And his Oscars red carpet outfit is just as casually offbeat as his comedy.

With the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, keep reading for our best ring cleaning tips.
The global spread of COVID-19 has a number of people making changes to their daily habits, with many increasingly using hand sanitizer to minimize the risk of exposure. While hand sanitizer may do a good job protecting you, it may be affecting something else – your engagement ring. Scroll down for our best ring cleaning tips to keep your sparkler safe and COVID-free!
1. Cleaning Agents
Excessive exposure to cleaning agents can make the finish on white gold wear a little faster. This won’t cause immediate damage. However, contact with cleaning agents like chlorine, bleach and antibacterial soap can break down the brilliance of the metals over time. So keep cleaning agents away from white gold sparklers to keep them dazzling to the max:
We’re not suggesting that you stop using hand sanitizer. Heath and hygiene come before bling! However, there are ways to stay clean and protect your precious sparkler. Avoid rubbing hand sanitizer or harsh cleaning products directly onto your ring. Instead, remove your ring, sanitize, dry your hands, then put one of these back on:
You should ideally clean your ring once a week. The best way is by soaking it in warm water and dish-washing soap. This will allow you to keep practicing good hygiene habits and avoid putting your ring in jeopardy. Soak up one of these white, rose and yellow gold options:

Think you can’t afford a sparkler as magnificent as Meghan Markle’s engagement ring? Think again!
Everyone loves a fairytale wedding. If Prince Harry’s recent engagement to American actress Meghan Markle is any indication, we’re in for a royal treat come spring 2018. The prince proposed to the Suits star with a custom designed and deeply personal three stone engagement ring that has caught the world’s attention. Of course, now the question on everyone’s lips is how can they match the exquisite beauty of that engagement ring? Quite simple, actually. Read on to find out how you, too, can recreate Meghan Markle’s engagement ring.
Meghan Markle’s Engagement Ring: Behind the Gleams
In coming up with a ring fit for a princess, Prince Harry knew he needed to pull out all the stops. He opted for a classic three-stone yellow gold ring with a difference; the center diamond which appears to be cushion cut is from Botswana, a country that he and Meghan visited earlier this year. Adding to the ring’s sentimental value, the two round cut side diamonds are from the personal collection of his mother, the late Princess Diana (a connection shared by Kate Middleton, who wore Diana’s actual engagement ring to her and Prince William’s wedding in 2011).
This intricate floral handmade head assembly puts a unique twist on the classic three-stone diamond engagement ring. You can replicate Meghan Markle’s yellow gold ring even more by pairing this setting with a cushion cut diamond of your choice.

This classic three-stone trellis setting features interwoven prongs sweeping upward to gracefully hold two half-moon shape diamond side stones.
Inspired by the sapphires in Kate Middleton’s ring and the three-stone look of Meghan Markle’s engagement ring? This stunner has the best of both worlds, featuring two beautifully matched round-shaped blue sapphires as an accent to the exquisite center diamond of your choice.

Kelsey & Drew from Charlottesville, Virginia
Kelsey and Drew were drawn to each other straight from the start, but the timing wasn’t right. Finally, one lucky St. Patrick’s Day in 2011, they ran into each other and decided it was time to give dating a try.
Their first date was an unforgettable one, at a peanut-filled University of Virginia baseball game. They were hooked. Dating was so fun and easy.
On Labor Day weekend in 2015, Kelsey and Drew headed out to Johnson City, Tennessee, Drew’s hometown. Kelsey was unaware what was in store for her. Kelsey, Drew, Drew’s mother, stepfather and 2 bulldogs all piled into the truck to Drew’s grandfather’s “secret” farm.
After a relaxing cow-filled afternoon and a stroll along the riverbank complete with Grandpa’s anecdotes, Kelsey suddenly heard their song playing – the Avett Brothers’ “Swept Away.” She turned around and saw Drew on one knee.
He asked her to take his last name, and the rest was history.
